It Takes A 100% Committed Team
Network Marketing is not about other people doing all the work and you making all the money. To be a successful network marketer you must form a relationships with your team. It’s about YOU partnering with others to help them realize their dreams and then It’s about those people partnering with others to help them realize theirs, and so forth. It’s about you committing to the success of others a 100 percent commitment on your part, not “50-50” as you may have been led to believe, it is a 100 percent commitment on both ends.
Contribution Is Everything
Whatever you contribute to others will come back to you ten fold. This does not mean a 20 minute sales pitch on the value of the product, or how great the company is or what you are doing. Network Marketing is about listening not speaking. Listening to whats important to the other person. Hearing there concerns, commitments, dreams, you need to have a open mind. It’s about developing a vision of what an ideal life might look like, a life without regrets. It’s about seeing only possibilities for life instead of stops.
So how do you get there? Great Question.
When you approach a prospect you are more of an intruder to his or her personal life. When Talking to your prospect find out there interests what satisfies them what type of life are they looking for. This is called building a report. Network Marketing is a people business, what is a better way of truly getting to know your prospect. Do this by asking them a questions, initiate conversations. What do they do, what are there hobbies, passion, what do they like to do in there spare time etc, ask the questions. Pay attention to what they say and what not, acknowledge them, call them by there name, get to know them. Your job is to ask the questions and make not of what there looking for and there concerns be a guide to them.
Take Notes, Get To know Your Prospects.
When building a report simply ask the questions and let them answer don’t ramble on about how your making this much money blah blah blah. Ask the questions and let them answer if your rambling on and doing all the talking then most likely you have lost them and there interest has probably blown away. Keep your conversation clear, focused and powerful. Never pressure your prospects into a decision instead, support them in arriving at their own decision! Recount the benefits of becoming involved in the opportunity, remember that until your prospect is convinced of what you are saying, your benefits are only words. So to turn the words into facts tell stories. During this process it is strongly important to maintain your posture.
Maintaining such a posture creates tremendous freedom for your prospect to choose to join you or not. The power of building a relationship with your prospect will affect his our her decision process in deciding whether or not to join you as a partner.
